PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them (unused, unworn, unwashed with the tags still intact).  In the event it is found this criteria is not met, retuned items will be rejected and additional postal costs will be incurred to receive your rejected items back.  So please be mindful as we carry out vigorous checks on all garments returned. 

When you initiate the Returns Process you will receive a Collect+ return label, we'll deduct £5.22 from your refund if you choose to use this.  Stick the Collect+ label on your package and drop it off at your local Collect+ store.  
Please Note: Click & Collect orders will not receive a prepaid CollectPlus label as the customer’s delivery address is not associated with the initial order as it was an in-store pickup.

Returns can be sent by post, or made in-store in person.  

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We would advise returns to be sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking/signature required on receipt. 

We do not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
Note: Keep proof of return tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return.

Please ensure you give yourself adequate time to ensure your return is received back by us within the time granted from the Return Request, as returns received outside of this period will not be accepted. 

Please Note: Garments must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with original tags still attached. 

We have the right to refuse refund if the tags have been removed or if the garment has trace evidence of makeup/tan/deodorant stains, damage to the stitching or has been suspected worn.  In this instance it is up to the customer to arrange collection of the items(s) / incur additional delivery costs.


Faulty Items

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty.  Any item(s) where a fault had been caused due to customer negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the washing/care instructions will not be eligible for refund.  Only manufacturing faults will be considered. 

Please drop us a email as soon as possible should a fault be detected so we can find a resolution.


Returns on In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned, within 14 days of purchase, in lieu of an exchange and/or credit note in the form of a gift voucher. There’s no expiry date on our gift vouchers and they can be used both online and in-store. 

Please note: We do not offer refunds on In-store purchases, and we don't accept returns on sale items.
