Click & Collect Orders T&Cs
Once the ‘order is ready for collection’ email notification has been sent, the onus is on the customer to collect the order in a timely manner. If in the event you can’t make it into store to collect, please do contact us and we can arrange for it to be posted: cost £4.60 (NI Standard).
Please Note: The Returns Policy, 14 day period to request a refund, kicks into effect 2 days after initial ‘ready for collection’ notification has been issued, allowing 2 additional days grace on top of the standard 14 days. After which, once elapsed, items are not eligible for return. During this period, in the event you wish to cancel an order, a 10% administration fee is applicable.
