How do I return?

Return to sender….

Step 1:  Send us an email to inform us of your wish to return: - within 14 days of receiving your item(s). 

Step 2:  Print out and fill in the returns form, and enclose it with your return. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD RETURNS FORM

Step 3:  Return your items in the original packaging, with ALL the tags still attached.

You are responsible for the return postal charges and we would advise returns to be sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking/signature required on receipt.
We do not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
Note: Keep proof of return tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return.

How soon will I get my refund?

We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed.
Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account and can only be issued back to your original payment method. 
We have the right to refuse refund if the tags have been removed or if the garment has makeup/tan stains or has been suspected worn. 
In this instance it is up to the customer to arrange collection of the items(s) / incur additional delivery costs.

Returns on In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned, within 14 days of purchase, in lieu of an exchange and/or credit note in the form of a gift voucher. There’s no expiry date on our gift vouchers and they can be used both online and in-store. 

Please note: We do not offer refunds on In-store purchases, and we don't accept returns on sale items.
