Cancelling An Order

An order can be cancelled provided it hasn't been shipped: in this case the normal returns policy applies.  Please note: a 10% administration charge applies in the event of cancelling an order.

FREE UK Delivery on all orders Over £150.  If full order, or part order (at Uptown Bibi's discretion), is returned bringing order total under the threshold, then the postage cost will be deducted from the overall refund.

Once the ‘order is ready for collection’ email notification has been sent, the onus is on the customer to collect the order in a timely manner.  If in the event you can’t make it into store to collect, please do contact us and we can arrange for it to be posted: cost £4.60 (NI Standard).
Please Note: The Returns Policy, 14 day period to request a refund, kicks into effect 2 days after initial ‘ready for collection’ notification has been issued, allowing 2 additional days grace on top of the standard 14 days.  During this period, in the event you wish to cancel an order, a 10% administration fee is applicable.
After which, once elapsed, items are not eligible for return.
